At SMEBuddy, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality web design and digital solutions tailored to your business needs. Because our services involve dedicated time, strategy, and labor, our refund policy is strictly structured around project milestones.

2. Initial Deposits

An initial upfront deposit is typically required to commence work on any of our web development packages. Once the design, research, or development phase begins, this initial deposit is non-refundable. This covers the immediate resources, setup time, and labor committed to initiating your project.

3. Project Cancellations

• During Development: If you choose to cancel the project after initial concepts or wireframes have been delivered but before final development, you will not be billed for the remainder of the project. However, the initial deposit will not be refunded.
• After Completion: If a project is cancelled after full completion, deployment, or handover, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

4. Domains and Hosting Fees

If your package includes domain name registration and hosting services, these costs are paid directly to third-party registrars and server providers. Once a domain is registered or hosting is purchased on your behalf, those specific fees are strictly non-refundable.

5. Eligibility for Exceptions

Full refunds are only considered under exceptional circumstances, such as if we completely fail to deliver the agreed-upon initial service requirements or if we mutually agree to terminate the project before any design or development work has commenced.
